Melissa Clark Reynolds ONZM, ChMInstD became a Foresight Practitioner and Professional Director after 25 years experience as a technology entrepreneur and CEO of a number of Technology companies. She is a Deputy Chair of Radio NZ, and sits on the Boards of Jasmax, Kiwi Insurance and Beef and Lamb NZ Ltd. In 2016 trained as a Foresight Practitioner with The Institute for the Future in Palo Alto, and founded Melissa keeps bees, loves to swim in the sea and reads voraciously.

CancellationsRego fee: Cancellations must be in writing. An administration fee of $150 will be charged on all cancellations prior to 11 October 2020. Thereafter refunds will be at the discretion of the Organising Committee and will be processed after the Conference. No refunds will be made for late arrival or early departure. Registrations may be reassigned to another person from the same organisation without penalty. Please notify The Conference Team of any changes prior to the Conference.
Hotels: Please note, a change to your hotel booking could incur a penalty being charged by the hotels. The hotels will charge a FULL cancellation fee for any cancellation within 30 days of conference. If we can onsell your accommodation, we wil
InsuranceAll insurance is the responsibility of registrants. The Conference Organising Committee, IPWEA NZ, NAMS Group, Novotel Rotorua and The Conference Team accept no liability or responsibility for illness or death, injury or accident to or financial loss by any person attending the Conference, whatever the cause
LiabilityIn the event of any disruption or event leading to losses or added expenses being incurred in respect of the Conference, there shall be no liability attached to IPWEA NZ, the Organising Committee, Novotel Rotorua or The Conference Team.
Privacy PolicyBy registering for NAMS 2020, you acknowledge that the details supplied by you may be made available to the NAMS Forum Committee and accommodation providers (for the purposes of room bookings) and conference sponsors. Your details will be given to sponsors and included in the delegate list published in the Forum Handbook, unless you have indicated otherwise on the registration form. Details include your name/organisation/ city and do not include other personal information.
Credit card paymentsWe will neither collect nor store your credit card details. On the registration form, you will be directed to use the credit card payment facilities provided by Windcave. Windcave makes the following statement on security:
“Windcave is committed to data security. Windcave uses a variety of technologies and procedures to help protect personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. For example, Windcave stores the data in computer servers with limited access that are located in controlled facilities secured by advanced surveillance and security technology. When Windcave transmits sensitive information (such as a payment card number), Windcave protects it through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (“SSL”) protocol. Credit card details stored onsite are encrypted using 168bit 3DES encryption. Windcave is a level 1 certified PCI-DSS compliant provider.”

Payments by credit card can be made with Visa or Mastercard and will incur a 3% transaction fee.
Liability and warrantyThe Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 applies to the sale of goods or services to consumers. If the goods or services are acquired for a business, then our liability is limited to the contract price.
